The Ideal 62-140 TRACETone Tone Generator and Amplifier Probe tests continuity and locates signal of installed wire and cable. This tone generator fits in the bottom of the amplifier probe for easy storage. This cost effective cable tracing tool has two options of tone styles to choose from, plus built-in volume control. Amplifier Probe can be turned on by contact and will automatically power off when the tone generator is stored.
